Submit a move-in

Getting started is simple. Submit your tenant’s move-in through the Notify portal or connect your CRM for fully automated registrations. Our onboarding team will help your agency get set up in minutes, ensuring every move-in is captured quickly, accurately, and with minimal effort from your team.

Support you tenants

Once a move-in is submitted, our dedicated One Utility Bill team contacts your tenant to confirm their current utility suppliers, and talk them through the utility bill packages available, making it easy for them to choose the right solution for their new home.

Commission accumulates, ready to withdraw

Each qualifying move-in adds to your commission balance in the Notify portal. You can see the real-time status of every utility registration at a glance. If there is ever a problem with a supplier, our team resolves it. Your team does not get involved.
